We will only accept orders originating from and shipping to adresses within the United States.

We will normally only accept orders with the same "ship to" and "bill to" address. This is for our customers' protection in attempting to avoid credit card fraud.

Products may be returned within seven days only if they are "as new" and unopened. You must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) prior to returning any product — no products will be accepted without an RA#.

If your return is accepted per the above terms, your account will be credited for the amount of the purchase price plus sales tax (if any). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
